WALLET CONTENTS
Base Annual Pay for this position starts at $50K + $2.5K monthly Living Expense account with unlimited reimbursements, Medical, Dental, Retirement, Earn Assist Support in addition to the expenses listed below plus built -In Performance Bonuses that can double your pay by connecting new subscribers and industry insiders to your network. You will be given the autonomy, tools, training and coaching so you can do what’s best for you and your family…and for your clients. Most of your duties will be completed remotely

DUTIES
We are seeking experienced workers who can complete various skilled tasks including but not limited to home improvement, personal assistants, cooks, planners, cashiers, moving, greeters or even construction. A great candidate is someone who has a passion for service, understands and follows all precautionary and safety regulations, comprehends their task requirements, and has an ability to deliver world – class customer experiences on behalf of The Earn App.
The Earn App Skilled Taskers are gig -economy workers who complete skilled tasks services upon request. The Earn App Skilled Taskers completes tasks for patrons who are using the Earn App phone application and are requesting tasks to be completed.  An Earn App Skilled Tasker accepts these tasks from these patrons and ensures that their tasks are completed correctly and safely. Both the Earn App client and the Earn App Skilled Tasker exchange compensation through the Earn App mobile application at the satisfactory completion of the task.

REQUIREMENTS
You must have excellent communication skills,  Excellent mapping skills, Direction taking skills, Ability to think on your feet, Ability to be empathetic towards your customers, Customer Service skills, Ability to determine the best course of action when mobile  instructions fails, Ensure the safety of all patrons during the performance of the tasks, Warmly greet patrons when you meet them at the work site. Ensure that all patrons have properly used the mobile application to close out their tasks.
