HOW IT WORKS
By becoming a Certified Worth Advisor your responsibility is to help facilitate Earnings Reports from Earn Cards proprietary Worth Calculator© that helps Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Business Owners, and Investors learn about How Much Money They Are Leaving On The Table. Next, your clients will receive a comprehensive earnings report via email and you will help them understand the invoice that details how much money Earn Card can recover for them. You will then explain the Earnings Subscription options and guide them through their activating their Earnings Subscriptions.

REQUIREMENTS
Your $100K Base Salary is earned by maintaining a minimum of 2 Earnings Report activations per day via Earn Cards proprietary Worth Calculator©. You may automatically become eligible for Performance Bonuses when you exceed your monthly minimum requirements. Team Bonuses are earned when you have established a team of Certified Worth Advisors. You are also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus after you have successfully met your goals for 3 consecutive months.

Base Salaries are paid out bi-weekly and are only available to Certified Earn Advisors who has met their minimum qualification goals. This Compensation Plan pays you 10% of your monthly subscription volume

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your minimum monthly subscription volume requirement is $100K monthly. If your minimum monthly subscription requirements are not met then you will be compensated only on commissions at 10% of that volume minus your monthly subscription fee. If there are not enough earnings to cover your monthly subscription fee for 10 days then your subscription will be terminated without eligibility for a refund. You will be eligible for a $4,000 Sign – On Bonus after 90 days as an incentive for meeting your minimum monthly goals during that period, in addition you will be eligible to receive a Monthly Bonus of $4,000 for exceeding your minimum monthly requirements as well as overrides of $200 on each of your team members subscription efforts.

COMPENSATION PLAN DEFINED

• • BASE SALARY*: Bi-weekly compensation plan according to your selected subscription
  • MONTHLY BONUS: Additional monthly compensation for exceeding your monthly goals
  • SIGN-ON BONUS: Earn additional income after 90 Days *Minimum Monthly Goals must be met
  • ELITE MEMBER FEE: The Elite Member Fee is a subscription to a higher payout plan
  • COMMISSIONS: Earn commissions on each sale once you exceed the amount of your Paycheck
  • OVERRIDES: Receive an additional income of $200 per sub affiliate
  • MINIMUM MONTHLY GOALS: 50 Sales

  *Minimum Monthly Goals must be met. Your paycheck is a draw against your future commissions. If you earn more commissions than the amount of your paycheck then you receive your commissions in lieu of your paycheck. If you do not make any sales then you will not be eligible for a paycheck. If your sells are below your Minimum Sales goals then you will receive a commission for the sales and forfeit the paycheck
