  Your paycheck is a draw against your future commissions. If you earn more commissions than the amount of your paycheck then you receive your commissions in lieu of your paycheck. If you do not make any sales then you will not be eligible for a paycheck. If your sells are below your Minimum Sales goals then you will receive a commission for the sales and forfeit the paycheck.
